Samantha Siripol

Australian Government Department of Health - Australian National University

Sam (BSc, MPhil(Applied Epidemiology)) works as an Indigenous health epidemiologist in the Australian Government Department of Health. She is committed to ensuring the collection, analysis and reporting of Indigenous health data is relevant and meaningful to the health needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Sam is passionate about participatory epidemiology and community engagement, and in 2014 assisted with the documentation and evaluation of trust-building training for frontline healthcare workers at the World Health Organization as part of the Ebola Virus Disease response.
